On Aug 13 2012 Noticed smell in building, may have been fumigated recently. Pulled back sheet on bed and noticed some black specks on sheet. Went to wipe off and some started to scatter. Went to front desk to report and was told that place was recently exterminated. I asked for money back and went to another hotel. Manager would not give me refund.

On Jul 3 2012 richard g wrote, I stayed on June 21st and 22nd and found bed bugs by the dozens on my bed and in my clothing. DO NOT STAY HERE! Also room 230 smelled like, well it was hard to describe but it was not pleasant. Had to keep a can of febreeze near the door and hold my breath till it was saturated and it still did no good. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Terrible, bed bugs, thread bare towels, and when we asked for our own towels backed, the "security guard" told us that this ( mckinney ) was a one horse town and if we complained again, he would kick us out., needless to say we left on our own, never never stay here, Sleep in your car first if yuo have to.
