On Jul 20 2011 kk1266 wrote, ...was on the phone and we were not greeted. We were out of towels for one whole day and the maid told us because we had our "do not disturb" sign on our door we were last priority. Our last morning as we went to eat breakfast, the guy who was in charge of that area had head phones on the whole time and ignored guests when they asked him for stuff. Lastly, I got home today and have bed bugs!
