On Nov 9 2009 AggieDad_9 wrote, ...but again I received no empathy from the front desk staff. Also, only thirty minutes later, just as we had gone back to sleep, we got a loud series of knocks on the door, followed by "housekeeping." We promptly left the hotel after my wife woke up with bites on her back, which we later determined to be bed bugs. Stay away from this hotel. The only thing worse than the amenities is the staff!

On Sep 12 2008 suechen wrote, NEEDS IMPROVEMENT I got bed bug or some sorts of flees bit that is unacceptable. The toilets didn't work by the second day. The hotel looked good, but the service was not good- just wanted to emphasize that!
