On May 2 2012 ...looked fine. I was on the bed leaning on the headboard with my arm behind my head when a bedbug crawled across my hand. I called the front desk and they weren't very concerned. I was offered a new room. We left right away. I don't think the management of this hotel will do anything to remedy the problem.
