On Mar 24 2011 We rented a room here in Feb. 2011. First thing I always do is inspect the room for signs of infestation. Sure enough, there were small blood spots on the sheets and evidence of bugs in the mattress sides (brown and black spots.) Upon further inspecting the room, we found that it was not cleaned properly from the previous guest and we left the hotel after 10 minutes asking for a refund. We were refused...
