On Jun 27 2012 Carl Haynes wrote, The report of Bed Bugs dated March 24, 2012 is a bogus report against the hotel. I am the General Manager and I was never contacted by this person nor did I ever speak to this person as was stated. I had the hotel inspected by the professional pest control company and they verified the hotel did not have this problem. This was supposed to be removed from the reports.

On May 9 2012 We woke up planning to go to wineries, and my wife and I had bed bug bites all over. We spent the day at CVS and rubbing and scrathing like crazy.

On Nov 9 2011 Arrived for a long weekend with our car club. All hotels were booked so we could not change hotels. When we arrived to the room, there were dead bugs in the bathroom. I lifted up the sheets and there were dead bugs there as well. Housekeeping came to clean, and management apologized. but I found from other people this was the norm at this hotel.
