On Jul 30 2012 On 6/27/12 I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. When I turned on the light, I saw a single bed bug on the bed cover of the adjacent bed. I immediately requested a room change. The next day or two, I had about a dozen bed bug bites on arms, legs, and hand. This is my favorite brand hotel, and this is the only problem I have ever had - I have never returned to this location.

On Oct 24 2011 ...I left in room 500 and the room was completely dismantled. I asked housekeeping why and she said bed bugs. One of the people in our conference also had to move because of them. Thankfully I found out otherwise would have brought them into my home. If I wouldn't have lefty shoes in the old room I would never of known. I am completely infuriated by this situation. The Hampton Inn handled this horribly...
