On Nov 7 2010 in may 2010 we stayed here in room 101 and woke up in the morning to find a bed bug in the bathroom. My husband is a licensed field rep for a pest control company and immediately took it to the manager. he then came back in to find no less than 50 bugs all over the bed our 2 year old slept in! the immediately offered to switch our rooms and refunded our money. we left a card for extermination, but...
