On Jun 18 2012 I went to this hotel and stayed in the handicapped accessible room on the 2nd floor with my parents. I woke up with bed bugs all over me. The staff was not helpful. They only gave me tiny ice bags to place my belongings in and never returned my calls, not even the 1-800 number. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
