On Aug 12 2012 David I wrote, ...6 weeks in advance and had our confirmation but was told exactly the same. They offered us a hotel 20 minutes from the SunSpree and after checking out customer reviews and bed bug registry of the hotel that we were offered we declined and drove home. Customers behind us were given exactly the same treatment. Given that they must have known they were over booked they made no attempt to contact me.

On May 30 2011 willm99 wrote, ...the bed linens and the towels were already "pre-soaked" every day.
