I pulled up the sheets to check for bed bugs (there were none, for which they should get credit), but there was a mat of pubic hair between the bottom sheet and the mattress pad. Sorry to gross you out, but it's the honest truth. Shower was old & filthy, too. But after the mattress inspection my expectations were already rock bottom.

On Nov 18 2010 Luz A wrote, ...to inspect beds before any unpacking activity. I am very glad I did. Checked the piping and ribbon of the mattress. Side 1, okay (dirty with human hair, but okay regarding BB infestation). Side 2. Shock. There was an empty white cocoon, and a reddish bug by its side. Vacated the room immediately and asked for a refund. Explained it was bedbugs. Refund request accepted and verbal apology.
