On Sep 23 2012 Stayed here from 9/21-9/22. Found an unidentified bug on one of the beds. The person I stayed with got about five bites, similar to mosquito bites, on his abdomen.

The hotel staff moved her to an upgraded room and then promptly denied the bugs. She was smart enough to take pictures. All these things can happen in any hotel, but when put them all together, we will probably find another place to stay next year.

On Aug 5 2011 MauiBound53 wrote, ..."servicing" the system. It felt as though their efforts were futile. Room temperature aside, the bed was comfortable and I was pleased to not experience the bedbugs that some of my co-workers did. Do not expect the elegance of the lobby to be matched by your assigned room. The bathroom is severely dated (Day's Inn quality) and the tub was in sore need of repair. I will not stay here again.

On Jun 3 2011 Stayed on the 19th floor of the North Tower for four nights in early May. On the second night of my four night stay, I noticed small red bumps on my arm. The next day I had tons of itchy red bed bug bites on my arms and stomach. On Apr 26 2011 Sheraton Dallas 400 Olive Street Checked in 4/21/2011 and checked out 4/24/2011. On 4/23/2011 I noticed many bites on my arms. Went to work that following Monday and the nurse said that it was bed bug bites. I stayed on the 20th floor. I had friends that stayed on the 19th floor and had the same problem.

Oh and the pizza delivery to the room is not allowed, you have to go to the lobby to pick it up. Our bed was infested with bedbugs; the creamer for the complimentary coffee was expired by two months. Avoid at all costs. Most two star hotels would provide a better service.
