We asked for some coffee and was told they had ran out, there was not a single serving caffeinated coffee in the entire building. Later that afternoon after checking out I found I was covered in bug bites all in straight lines that amazingly resemble bed bug bites. The staff was not friendly or helpful, this was not a pleasant stay.

On Jun 6 2012 June 4 - 6 2012 On my last day of my stay, I found an engorged bed bug on the wall of the bathroom. I reported it and the clerk stated it must have been brought in by the last person that stayed in that hotel. I will never stay there again.

On Sep 26 2011 I was in San Antonio for a conference in December 2009. Luckily, I pulled back the sheets of the bed before getting in.there were 20-30 bed bugs crawling under the sheets, so I am sure many more tucked into crevices and folds that I didn't see. On Dec 10 2010 I woke up on Dec. 4, went to take a shower, and returned to get dressed on the bed to find a nasty bed bug, which I promptly squashed! It was engorged with blood and the bed bug "expert" (apparently they've found the need to hire one) confirmed that indeed there was an infestation of that bed.

On Oct 5 2010 I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, returned to the bed and found bugs crawling around on the bed, some brown/dark colored ones about the size of a finger nail, others small crawling around quickly.
