On Jul 16 2012 After a cancelled flight cased us to stay in this hotel, we were so exausted and just fell asleep at around 1 am. At 4:30 am we awoke to bugs in our bed, showered in the hottest water we could stand and left all of our belongings that were cloth and near the beds in the room. On May 9 2012 Pulled back sheets on both beds to look for bugs. Within 1/2 hour two bed bugs appeared moving on the sheets. Checked out. Still trying to get refund through Expedia.com & hotel, past 2+ days now. Epidemic since at least last year 2011, or longer from other reports online I found after the incident.

On May 9 2012 I am a former worker and have encountered numerous incidents of live bed bugs in bed sheets,roaches, and insects in rooms. Date range: 02/2011 to 05/2012.
