On Nov 1 2012 Room 202! It was about 9:30 at night and we were watching tv and I saw one on the pillow. Then another.then another.then another. All different sizes. We asked for a room across the hotel and checked and it seemed ok. Woke up with my son's neck bitten about a dozen times. Their response was unsatisfactory. On Nov 14 2011 I stayed there one night, Monday 11/7/11. The hotel is listed as under new management, now called Blue Mountain Inn, and was undergoing renovations. I checked the room before going to sleep and didn't find anything; however the next morning I discovered hives/red welts on my arms, back, and legs. Once I was able to get the allergic reaction under control, it was clear that these were bed bug bites.

BUT . the friend I was traveling with had bedbugs in his room. He showed me the bites and the small blood smear on the sheets where he killed one. So, despite a somewhat average stay for me personally, I'm dropping the rating to 2 stars and I recommend avoiding this Inn.
