They are clean, do not have bed bugs, the beds are comfortable and they have good tv selection, hbo, refrigerators, hair dryers, and all the usual toiletries like shampoo and soap etc. They have a hot tub, although sometimes it is not as hot as I personally would like it. sometimes it isnt on. if that is important to you then ask....

On Jan 11 2011 Andrew wrote, ...When I got in the room I immediately checked the mattress and found it covered in very well-developed bed bug stains. I showed the manager and asked for a refund, she told me I could have another room which I refused. Altogether, she didn't believe me and told me that they had a "no bed bugs guarantee". So, the rude service plus their undeniable bed bug infestation led me to write this review.
