On Sep 24 2012 My stay was on 05/19-05/20/2012. I immediately was noticing bite but was misdiagnosed by the doctor until inspection of my mattress on 07/15/2012. I have been covered in bites for 2 months, misdiagnosed my my doctor and now have permanant scarring and yet Hilton denied my claims for reimbursement. How convenient though that shortly after my stay the entire floor that I was on as well as the floors...

On Sep 20 2012 Heather R wrote, I stayed here 05/19/-05/20/2012 and brought home lovely bed bugs (Even those Hilton claims otherwise). I noticed a "rash" immediately and suffered with this symptoms for nearly two months, even going to the doctor for treatment because the symptoms were so awful only to be misdiagnosed. I finally confirmed the infestation on 7/15/2012 and have had to replace all my furniture and hire an exterminator...

As the 'rash' continued to worsen, on July 15, 2012 i took my mattress from my bed in order to clean my room, thinking I might be allergic to something in my room and discovered the end of my bed covered with bed bugs. I am confident that I picked up the bugs from this stay at the Hilton because I have not stayed anywhere else since and the timing of the stay and when the bites started.

On Aug 12 2009 small-bucks wrote, ...schedule was somewhat flexable. There is nothing really wrong with this hotel (or for that matter the Salt Lake City Airport Hilton) that better management and supervision and/or the owner's willingness to spend a few bucks that could not turn this hotel into a legitimate 3 1/2 (plus) Star hotel. AS for now.you won't get bed-bug bites.but you probably won't write home about this hotel either.
