On Oct 17 2011 jan h wrote, ...down, including stains and worn rugs. The TV's are OLD. Many travelers have also encountered the grumpy front desk staff: very strange since everyone else in CA is so friendly! I stayed in room 615 and received 4 bedbug bites along my lower back, which is a common place for bedbug bites. Charging for parking is absurd and nickel and diming the guest. The bathrooms are newsly renovated and nice.

On Oct 19 2010 ahsieh wrote, Found bedbugs in room #1002 (caught four of them and put them in a glass cup for hotel staff to investigate. two were found on the bed sheets, one in the bathroom floor and one on the nightstand). Informed front desk of the bedbugs and they were apologetic. the hotel manager called me later to apologize and said that someone from Hilton Corporate would be calling me the next day.
