On May 29 2012 mjane2004 wrote, ...room and that is what I expected to have. He finally put me in another room; this time I found a bedbug next to my pillow. I took the bedbug to the manager, he looked at it without a surprised look and said, "it's just a bug". I told him I was checking out, this is at 11:50p.m., and demanded a check-out statement from him; he refused. I kept the bedbud (dead of course), packed up my car, and left....
