On Aug 20 2012 KAREN K wrote, ...Tile floors in bathroom were so dirty, my tennis shoes stuck to floor as if walking in jelly. Broke out with bug bites after my stay.(bed bugs? something ate me up). NASTY! Breakfast room: NASTY & DIRTY, pancake batter spilled all over. Counters not wiped or maintained. JUST DISGUSTING. NO WAY THIS IS A 3 STAR HOTEL. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMMED. Oh yeah- NO MOUNTAIN VIEW WHAT SO EVER! LIARS.

On May 22 2012 Frugal-Travellers wrote, ...It does have a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. There were no stains on the sheets and no bed bugs. The towels were on the thin side, and had a few old stains, but they were soft enough. The young man who made our reservation in person was very helpful and showed us our room before we agreed to stay. On Sep 17 2010 tomcindy wrote, ...it took me over an hour to clean the microwave, the maid took the security bar off the sliding glass door and the door does not look and anyone could have come in, also they took all the drinks and gave them to the workers from my frig. left nothing it is a freakin dump, go 6 miles so extened stay south in Lynchburg, if you stay at this hotel america best value you will be eated alive by bed bugs
