Although this review seems to list a lot of complaints, this is, sadly, about the norm for hotel stays now. You apparently can't expect much more from large chains anymore. At least there weren't bed bugs or random bodily fluids on the sheets.

On Sep 20 2012 Denaf wrote, ...a wash cloth & ran a couple of cups of water thru, before making tea & coffee. Bed passed the no bedbug test. BUT there were hairs & stains on the (flannel?) mattress pad. Yuk. I did not report these things to management but maybe they read these reviews. People on staff were nice. Wireless speed seemed ok to me- but I don't often use wireless so I'm not an expert. If I go back to the Richmond area...

On May 16 2008 TradedHorns wrote, ...in an unsecurable room before maintenance could get to it. The second problem was my discovery of bedbugs on my second night there. I discovered them when I saw and killed a bedbug which crawled upon a cosmetics case I had placed briefly upon the bed. I also received a number of bites, which resulted in red welts on my legs. I have since reported this problem to management - the outcome is pending....
