On Oct 24 2010 We found an adult bed bug crawling over our luggage. We reported it to the front desk and the night clerk put us in a new room. While packing up our bags, the manager came into the room, denied we had found a bedbug, and told us to hurry up and pack so she could re-rent the room. They clearly weren't taking it seriously, which makes me suspect that a major infestation could happen.
