On Aug 27 2012 ...I woke up at about 3 am and noticed my 9 year old son scratching his skin and thats when i saw the bed bugs on the bed. There were 3 of them in clear sight. The staff at yhe front desk was awful and when we asked for a refund he told us to come back in the morning because there was nothing he could do. He didn't seem to be alarmed at all to say the least. So we had to check out with our children...

On Aug 27 2012 ...booked for a family reunion SEVERAL FAMILY members in different rms on different floors discovered bed bugs and requested refunds one family member took pictures of SEVERAL bedbugs when discovered IN THE BEDS AND CHECKED OUT 3AM,when complaint was made to front desk the clerk was very rude,NASTY and manager WAS EVEN WORSE TO US using lots of profanity sheets were discolored as well as furniture...

On Oct 10 2011 When we checked in the hotel we immediately pulled the sheets off the bed to look for bugs, and what do you know, there they were on the matress pad. The guy at the front desk didn't even act surprised and didn't deny that there were bugs. He just told us to go to the hotel across the street!

On Oct 24 2009 JTBR wrote, The mattress had spring problems, the sheets were dirty and stained, and we left with bed bug bites. Never had that happen before, but we never stayed at a Comfort Inn before , and we never will again. Just dirty, yuk. Going back to Hampton Inn, more money but worth it!
