On Jul 31 2012 Jennifer P wrote, I would have been very happy with my stay were it not for the fact that the next morning my legs started to erupt in little itchy bites. I notified the parent company of Crowne Plaza but have not received any reply whatsoever. These bites are not a rash but indeed dozens of individual bites. There is no question in my mind that this hotel need to deal with a significant bedbug problem.

On Mar 27 2012 3/26/12 I arrived at my room and pulled sheets back to work for a couple hours. I got up to wash my face and came back to find a bug crawling on my pillow. After a quick google search it was easy to see that this was in fact a bed bug. I called the front desk who came up and they told me it wasn't a bed bug.which I find annoying, because it clearly was! On Oct 27 2010 After checking in, I wanted to switch my room due to some other issues. I did routine bedbug check in the newly assigned room and found, you got it, a live bedbug hiding behind the mattress on the wall. I brought the live bug down to the front desk to let them know I am not joking.
