They have roaches and bugs. bed bugs i did not sleep at all. the ice machines had spinder webs in it and it is ran down. there were drug addicts everywhere. this is not a place to go or be theis is very pitful. never again. I even took a shower with my sandels.

On Oct 11 2010 Carolina Family wrote, October 8, 2010 Awakened by family member three doors down who had a styrofoam cup half full of bed bugs from off their beds. We left, notified management and spent the rest of the night in Wal-mart parking lot trying to get a couple hours sleep before day light. Management refunded our monies but commented they are not the only motel in Richmond with bedbugs which let us know they KNEW they had them...

On Sep 26 2010 Woke up with a rash from my neck to my shoulder from bed bugs. Nasty, nasty hotel. Stains on the pillowcases (who knows from what.)
