On May 29 2012 May 20, 2012 stayed at the Doubletree. Woke up the next morning with itching and bites on me. Called front desk and they sent people up to inspect the room. They moved mattress and looked around the head of bed. They apologized and told me that someone from the front desk would call and inform me what to do. They comped my room, parking, and offered free breakfast. They sent black plastic trash bags...

On Mar 23 2012 I was sharing a room with a friend this past weekend (March 15-18, 2012). By the second night she was complaining of itchy bumps. By the third and last night it was apparent that she had been bitten pretty much head-to-toe. They took one night off of the bill. That will hardly make up for the grief, and the de-bugging we will have to do when we get home! Never again.

I immediately called the front desk. Management then expressed to me that this was not a frequently reported issue in their establishement.
