On Sep 17 2010 I stayed at this location for business on 9/14/10. At 5:00 am, I noticed bugs on the pillow. I immediately called the front desk, housekeeping and the operator. No answer. I reported this to the front desk manager in person and also the general manager. Neither offered to come to the room with me. I was told "We don't have bugs".
