On Sep 13 2010 ...Later in the day I reported the incident to the hotel GM. Since that time, I have struggled to get any resolution to the situation from the hotel. Although promised that I would receive a room refund, I have not even received that credit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not only based on the bed bugs, but also based on the horrible customer service in regards to a serious problem!
