I am not sure where this report originated from, but we have never had a problem here at this property! This false report is a hinderance to our business! We have not had any incidents here at all! I have to say that was a couple years ago, so it may not be infested any more. The Bug guy was given the info for contacting and maybe treating the hotel, but told us that most hotels don't want to spend the $ to get inspected, let alone get treated. The only thing you can do is GET EDUCATED about Bedbugs!
