On Sep 9 2011 C L wrote, ...I began to develop very itchy little bumps along my arm, and on other parts of my body. I alerted the manager to the bed bug problem and showed her my bumps. We were able to switch rooms but then my daughter developed the same issue; I checked out the next day. I contacted the general manager L. James 2x's after check out regarding a refund and got no response at all. I had to contact a lawyer.
