On Aug 22 2012 Kelly E wrote, ...with bites all over his ankles , legs, thighs, and back. He had to fly back home itching for. 5 hours on the plane . We took pictures called the hotel to let them know and was told a manager would call him. It's been 4 days now and NO call! They didn't seem to care to much when I called to tell them they had bed bugs. Very disappointed with there attitude . Will never stay at this hotel again.

On Sep 3 2007 wasabii wrote, Okay, for starter the hotel screwed up my reservation by giving me smoking room, which I was actually booked for non-smoking. Next day they moved me, the trouble continue, I came home with red spots all over my body, which turned out bedbugs. Now I have to have my place checked up by PCO and see if they can kill all the bedbugs that Hampton Inn sent me with. What a great bargain! Never go back again!
