On Jun 12 2011 Upon arrival found possible dead bedbugs and/or eggs on mattress and padding in a room on 12th floor. Called the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. On Jan 17 2011 I stayed in room 630 on 01-14 through 01-17. I noticed an itchy welt on my arm on the 16th, then on the 17th i noticed several more. My husband pointed out two welts on his arm when we first woke up on the 17th. I have called the hotel and they say someone will call me back. I now have my luggage in the middle of the garage and do not want to bring it on the house.
