On Oct 2 2012 Disappointed wrote, BED BUGS I reported to the GM and she told us we were not allowed to stay there anymore and I call the 1800 for headquarters after the incident still no response I had to go to the hospital to get medication for it and have horrible scars from it, filthy and rip off hotel!b If you check in after 9 pm you are not allowed to eat breakfast or if u check in at 3 am then you arent allowed to eat free breakfast...
