On May 8 2012 Birdie L wrote, ...lots of work. We had to be moved 3 times to find a semi satisfactory room. One room was crawling with bed bugs and when we called down the clerk bought up a can of insecticide. The clerk on checkout could have cared less about our problems. When we asked for information about the owner/managers we were told they were Indians and did not care about the property. Quite obvious by the condition.

On Oct 11 2010 monroelove2727 wrote, ...switched 3 times and still had a smelly infested room. staff was friendly and helpful but this place was terrible. The rooms have no microwave fridge iron or anything eles like that. There was a massive stink bug infestation ALL OVER THE HOTEL! My moms bed was overtaken with bed bugs & everyone in our family were given our stays for free. Wasn't worth it. First & last time ever in a RedRoof Inn.
