On Apr 14 2012 cherylAuburn_Ny wrote, Experience was awful.first room had a bug on the pillow, not a bed bug but still ! Changed to another room, do not think it had been vacuumed in ages! Shower was disgusting. Was too exhausted to travel any further but will never stay there again. All I got from the the front desk was."sorry, oh so sorry".not sure they even understood why I was complaining!

I told the manager and he got rude and told me i get your point what do you want. So they know they have them and dont care. The room tempuratue remaind hot all night. DO NOT STAY HERE
