On Jan 3 2011 ...MISTAKE we arrived the morning of a game dropped our bags and left. later that night when we returned to sleep we saw a small bug run across the floor and under the bed. later when I pulled the covers up to tuck my daughter in i saw 6 adult bed bugs and for baby ones. We immediately checked out and were not charged for the night. the hotel staff were great but we were horrified by what we saw.

On Oct 14 2010 ...proper channels on this site but were ignored. Our exterminator entered the room and searched for bedbugs and any other bug that may be present and did not find evidence. This report was sent to the guest as well, who did not respond. On Sep 15 2010 I stay at this hotel all the time for business. This time I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor.
