Everyone of the 12 rooms must have had bed bugs because we all had the same bites on us to show off at the wedding! The air conditioning units either didn't work at all in any of the 12 rooms, or were stuck on the highest setting; unable to be shut off nor adjusted.The pools, indoor and out, were filthy as well. On Mar 19 2012 Booked for the Shamrock Marathon and first room was stale smoke and bedbug on the drape shear. Second roon had bedbug on wall behind night table. Didn't bother to check beds. Got refund and stayed in Norfolk. Va Beach hotels need to get clean now!
