On Jul 22 2011 vinthomas wrote, We were in our rooms for less than one hour before we found bed bugs. We turned in our keys and asked for a refund. They refused to give a refund even after we took video of the desk clerk in our room confirming there were bed bugs. The management is greedy and don't expect a refund when you find bed bugs in your hotel room.
