On Apr 4 2012 784Donald_K wrote, ...front desk on the room phone. Only after yelling at the front desk did they finally realize WE HAD THE ROOM AND RESERVATION! They finally picked her up. On top of that, I was chewed up by bedbugs. I am still itching and feel miserable. I am so angry I will not even go into the events concerning that, because by now I think you get the picture of what kind of operation is being run at this hotel.

On Jul 3 2007 cozywintersnow wrote, ...foreign language. My room was smelly, the TV control did not work, the beds were hard, the pillows had stains on them, and the carpet was disgusting. I was almost afraid of sleeping there because I imagine the place full of those bed bugs they talk about on tv. I wanted a refund right away but couldn't get one because I booked through a low price site. Ugh! Never again! I have learned my lesson!
