On May 8 2012 add4 wrote, ...and great value for money. Unfortunately our latest stay was very upsetting when we found a bug in one of the beds. We reported it to the reception,who seemed shocked but not overly concerned.there was no manager on duty at the time,the receptionist said she would call her but we heard nothing.No apology,nothing.I thought we would at least get a follow up e mail as common courtesy but it never came....
