On Dec 13 2010 Matthew wrote, My girlfriend and I checked into the hotel at 1:30 in the morning and went right to bed. We were out the entire next day and when we returned to the room at 1:00 in the morning we discovered bed bugs on the floor and in the bathroom. We then left the hotel and they have been completely non responsive and terrible as far as getting the issue resolved.
