On Oct 11 2012 M S wrote, Just checked out on 10/10/11. When I was checking out, I found a bed bug crawling on the comforter of the second bed in the room. Called to notify the front desk and was transferred to a manager's voicemail. Left a message but never heard back from them. The hotel is fine otherwise, just check your bed out thoroughly. It's definitely a pain to come home and have to deal with the inconvenience of "de-contaminating"...

On Oct 3 2012 Anonymous A wrote, My friend, her 4 year old, and I stayed here last weekend. It is a nice looking hotel and there appeared to be no signs of bed bugs when we checked the room initially. On our last day, after I opened the curtains, I noticed a bed bug walking across the pillow I had just been sleeping on. I called the front desk. A maid came up, confirmed that it was "a big bed bug." We were refunded our money immediately....

On Sep 10 2012 Greg D wrote, I stayed at this hotel with my spouse for two nights. Just as we were checking out, I noticed a bug on the bed. I crushed it, and it was full of blood. We asked the hotel to refund our money, and so far they have refused. Avoid this place like the plague.
