On Aug 19 2011 NicolitaT wrote, ...we were given an accessible room. while we accepted this room, we were not prepared to accept the bed bug bites which received. We have sought to have some satisfactory response from the hotel and to date we have been promised communication from the Manager at the hotel but up to the time of writing, we are still waiting for that call or email. On Dec 16 2010 Woke up to find a Bedbug crawling on sheet morning of 12/15/2010. Got up and called front desk who promptly changed my room. No bites (Thankfully!) and manager-on-duty says only one other reported incident a few months prior where proper procedures were followed and Terminix (pest control) was called out to clean. they even lived up to the hotel's guarantee and offered to comp night or bonus loyalty points.
