On Apr 26 2011 stared out in room 206 w my boyfriend.found a huge bed bug on the pillow. they moved us to another room same floor. bed bug crawling on the to of the bed. they did not charge us and we went to the Cove ( BEAUTIFUL)

On Sep 17 2010 ...getting bitten by something; turned on the light and horror of horrors the beds were teeming with bed bugs (we counted at least a half a dozen on each of the two queen beds). The front office provided a perfunctory apology but seemed unsurprised by the bug problem. They offered to - you guessed it - switch us to another room. We had had enough and checked-out. Expected the staff to not charge us...
