On Aug 25 2012 Stayed here on business 8/22/2012; hotel appeared seedy, rundown and transient. Used the old worn sofa in my room to set my luggage that must have been infested; found a bed bug in my suitcase after departing; was already at my next location when discovered (too far away to report it to manager), however, I did send an email to the parent company thru their website.

On Nov 30 2008 Knights Inn Racine wrote, ...black hair in my bed and on the towels. Went up to the front desk and asked for new linen and it took over an hour. The next morning, I had red welts all over my feet, abdomen and arms. We did not know what I was bitten by, but we thought spiders. But when we lifted up the mattresses, we found the signs of bed bugs. It was horrible and I have scars from the bites, as does my traveling companion.
