On May 13 2012 Steve S wrote, I stayed there in February for business, what a nightmare! I returned home covered in bites. I had to pay $600 to have my apartment inspected to make sure I didn't bring them home with me. The Hotel refused even to refund the amount I paid to' stay at their hotel! They offered me 10% off! Seriously? They insisted on my releasing my medical records to them, as if just inspecting the room I stayed in...
