On Apr 25 2012 Briar1229 wrote, ...our sheets (not the bedspreads or blankets) and then covered the stain with a towel. We decided to sweep the room for bed bugs and then found pornographic materials under one of the mattresses. The hotel manager offered us a refund of ONLY $15 when we had paid $140. When asked for the contact information of a regional manager, I was not given a name or a phone number. Horrible customer service.
