On Jun 16 2012 Adie B wrote, ...odor, broken/critter feces laden AC unit, an inch of dust on everything, filthy towels, carpet was sticky and wet, bathroom floor was slimy, and there were bed bugs EVERYWHERE! Desk clerk threw "keys" and denied any knowledge of anything, and was extremely rude. Hotwire.com staff finally cancelled reservation for us, although hotel itself got $60 of $200 anyway. STAY AWAY-JUST NOT WORTH IT!

The beds were gross. bathroom gross. coffee in the room gross. When we get home i will NOT be taking anything in my house with fear of bed bugs. At check in its obvious that was the smokers hang out. nit where I want my 5 yrs old to be. DONT STAY HERE. tomorrow can not get here soon enough.

On May 9 2012 ...on my daughters chest. I put it in a cup and I woke my husband up and asked him to check for bedbugs. We lifted the mattress and found aproximately 50 small bugs and some dead bugs on the floor. We quickly grabbed our things and took pictures of the bugs. We then went to the front desk and demanded our money back. I was so disgusted by it that I spent all night driving home. I read some reviews...

On Feb 7 2012 ...was rented. received no phone call. emailed them got a reply that they have monthly pest control and maintenance checked the room. I called to ask if there is a report that they had pest control check for bed bugs. they told me if i wanted that done i would have to pay for it. The owner could not get on the phone to tell me that . I heard him in the back ground telling his manager what to say.

On May 17 2011 Ditywadity wrote, I saw the bedbugs after I pulled the sheets back but before I had gotten into bed (thank goodness!). On Nov 19 2010 On 11/17/10 we checked into Super 8 in Beckley around 6pm to find at least 6 bedbugs on both beds in room 120. They were found around head of bed around mattress cover, both dead and alive.
