On Aug 20 2012 onthroadagin wrote, ...shower. The bottom of the tub was also not completely cleaned. I am happy to report no critters or bedbugs. Before we went to sleep we got to enjoy the screaming and running up and down of the family with young children next store. That went on for 2 nights from about 9pm to 11pm. Delightful. We had breakfast at the Regatta Bar and Grill which was very nice. The food was good and the service pleasant....

On May 22 2012 Found bedbugs of varying sizes on the two queen beds in the room on 5/13/12. Staff was more or less clueless as to how to respond.

On May 15 2012 John M wrote, Found Bed Bugs in room 1019. Staff was polite and attempted to be helpful, but did not appear to have the training or expertise to deal with the issue beyond putting some of our clothes in their dryer. They returned the clothes in plastic bags with holes in them, negating the heat treatment. They comped the room, but they were checking people in on the floor as we left.
