On Nov 7 2011 Bed bugs found in bed.large infestion. 10/24/11 Hotel appeared to be nice and clean.the staff was nice and helpful. However, bed bugs were all over one of the beds.customer was bitted overnight and once noticed hotel staff was alerted and customer was moved to another room. Customer had to be taken to emergency room for treatment. Hotel staff was supposed to have made report.
